General Terms and Conditions of Alchroma GmbH
§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial activity nor to their self-employed professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code – BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Bestätigen durch Anklicken der Buttons „IN DEN WARENKORB“
3) Confirmation by clicking the “ADD TO CART” buttons
4) Clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button
5) Logging in to the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
6) Reviewing and, if necessary, correcting the entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Place Order with Obligation to Pay” or “Pay Now” button.
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the page where their information is entered by using the “Back” button in their internet browser to review and correct their details, or they can cancel the ordering process by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions (AGB) by email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at http://www.alchroma/terms. You can view your past orders in our customer area under “My Account” → “Sales Orders.”
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices indicated include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Any applicable shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay by advance payment (prepayment), direct debit, or credit card.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay by advance payment (prepayment), they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have stated otherwise clearly in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place no later than 5 working days. In the case of payment by advance payment (prepayment), the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank commissioned with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item, even in the case of shipment sales.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial activity nor to their self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
