General Terms and Conditions of Alchroma GmbH
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed through our online shop https://www.alchroma.com.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "proceed to checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
6) Final review or correction of the entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order with payment obligation" or "pay now" button.
The consumer can return to the webpage where the customer's information is collected and correct input errors by pressing the "Back" button in the internet browser they are using before the binding submission of the order. Alternatively, they can cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions via email. You can view the terms and conditions at any time at http://www.alchroma.com/terms. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> Sales Orders.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices listed include the statutory sales tax and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay in advance, by direct debit, PayPal, or credit card (Visa).
(3) If the consumer chooses to pay in advance, they are obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place no later than within 5 business days. The delivery period begins in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is given to the bank instructed to make the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer in the case of a sale by shipment only upon delivery of the item to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§8 Warranty
